Subsequently, they are meticulously washed and dehydrated at low temperatures to retain vital active constituents through a rapid and gentle drying procedure. 


Among these vital markers is Alliin, devoid of any discernible odor, taste, or medicinal properties. Alliin only activates into the potent and pungent sulfur compound, Allicin, upon the cutting or crushing of garlic, catalyzed by the enzyme Allinase. Notably, our specialized process delays the formation of aged garlic extract powder until it is orally consumed and digested. Additionally, the introduction of garlic tablets with an enteric coating further prolongs this process, ensuring maximum benefits and efficient dissolution within the intestines while bypassing the stomach's gastric acid.
